Ingredients
25ml Bitter des Basques
17.5ml strawberry schrub (balsamic acidified syrup)
30ml lemon juice
25ml Ginja (Portuguese liqueur)
2.5ml saline solution
Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
Shake for 10 seconds, then filter twice.
