History

Paul Archambeaud, last head of the prestigious eponymous house, left a small black notebook
containing hundreds of secret family recipes.
This notebook, recently passed on to his grandson Renaud de Barry, was used to create this iconic
and totally unique bitter, composed of some twenty plants, enhanced by a hint of Espelette pepper and with no synthetic flavoring whatsoever.
