Ingredients
15ml Bitter des Basques
17.5ml timur berry cordial (paragon)
25ml lemon juice
30ml gin
80ml pink pepper tonic water
Pour the cordial, lemon juice, bitters and gin into a mixing glass.
Stir for 10 seconds, then pour over clear ice.
Pour tonic water gently.
